The Milford Village Hall Management Committee maintains details of regular hirers name, postal address, telephone number and email address on an Excel spreadsheet for the explicit use of contacting hirers on Village Hall business and will never be used for marketing purposes.

Individual hirers can receive a copy of the specific information held for them on request by contacting our Bookings Secretary. 

This data is never shared with any other parties without the explicit prior consent from the individual hirer.

Ad hoc hirers information is deleted in a timely manner following completion of the booking and relationship with Milford Village Hall.
